Our office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The office is closed for 1 hour for lunch 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.. Valerie Lowery

Valerie is our office manager and oversees our billing, medicare compliance, insurance precertification, and other procedures in our office. She can be contacted during office hours about any concerns there may be about any charges from Rockdale Anesthesia Services, P.C.

Gwen Heaton, Anita Farrow, Dottie Patrick and Renee Dobbins

Our office staff is fully trained to handle any billing problems, referrals, or precertifications for procedures. We will be happy to discuss your anesthesia bill with you. We are on most of the insurance policies which Rockdale Hospital participates. There are several managed care plans which we do not participate mostly because they have a "closed panel". We gladly accept Medicaid and Medicare. If you are not sure whether we participate on your insurance, please call our office at 770-388-7745, and we will find out.
